How do I get a picture to show up next to my comments?
Our website uses the gravatar (Globally Recognized Avatars) system to display a profile picture. An Avatar is the term used for a picture that represents you. Visit gravatar.com and click sign in. If you do not already have a wordpress.com account you need to click the “Need an account?” link. After signing in you can add an image and it will be associated with your email address and any site that you post comments on that uses a gravatar system will now show your gravatar image.
Why is my comment not showing up?
When attempting to leave a comment for the first time a website administrator must approve the comment. After your first comment is approved you will no longer have a delay when leaving a comment. This is done for security purposes to try and eliminate spam comments from unwanted sources.
How long will it take for my item to get shipped?
If your order is placed before 12:00 noon on a weekday and the item is in stock, your items will usually arrive at the post office the same day but guaranteed to be shipped within 2 business days.
Do you accept credit card payments?
For our transactions we use PayPal. PayPal will let you use a credit card even if you are not a member with PayPal. You have to click our checkout with PayPal button and then choose “Don’t have a PayPal account?”. PayPal will offer you a chance to join, but you can checkout without becoming a member.
How long does an item purchased on back order take to receive?

Do you guarantee the quality of the products you sell?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return any items that are in their original condition within 30 days of your purchase. Contact us at email@example.com for an Return Mechandise Authorization RMA number. Once you have your RMA you can ship the item back to us and we will refund the purchased price of any returned items.
What should I do if an item is damaged or defective?
If you receive damaged or defective mechandise you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We can arrange a replacement along with a Return Mechandise Authorization RMA number for return shipping.
Can I order custom pieces to be made?
Violet-Rain does accept commissioned orders, although prices and details will need to be negotiated. Please contact us at Info@violet-rain.com.
